A Day in Newark

Really, this is what it’s like in Newark everyday. What, you don’t belive me? OK, I exaggerated a little. It’s every third day like this.

On the tractor to the fair

One of my favorite things about county fairs is the tractor shuttle from your car to the fair. There is just something that says, “Forget the modern world and have fun today y’all.” when you ride one. It’s almost like your traveling to a new realm of existence.

I do feel sorry for the driver though. It was about ninety degrees this day and he had to breath in the exhaust from this 1950’s tractor. It’s got to be hard doing this all day. After the ride we all disembarked and I’m sure everyone thanked him for what he did.
